1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website at info-tech-services.com or engaging Infotech Inc. (doing business as Info-Tech-Services) for consulting or technology services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services Description
Info-Tech-Services provides management, operations, and maintenance consulting; operational excellence programs; AI-for-manufacturing engineering; custom software development; cloud architecture; and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines of any engagement are governed by a separate signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).
3. Service Level & Delivery
Unless otherwise defined in a signed SOW, Info-Tech-Services commits to the following service delivery standards:
- Inquiries received through the website will receive a response within one (1) business day.
- Each engagement will have documented KPIs agreed in writing prior to kickoff.
- Status reporting will be delivered on a cadence defined in the SOW (weekly by default).
- Deliverables will be reviewed against acceptance criteria defined in the SOW.
- Production-grade software deliverables will include documentation, runbooks, and monitoring instrumentation.
Engagement-specific service level objectives (response times, uptime targets, incident response) are defined in the applicable SOW and supersede the defaults above.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Infotech Inc. retains all rights to pre-existing tools, methodologies, frameworks, and reusable components brought into an engagement. Custom deliverables created specifically for a client under an SOW are assigned to the client upon full payment, subject to any license-back provisions in the SOW.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all non-public information exchanged during an engagement as confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of performing the engagement. Standard mutual NDA terms apply unless superseded by a signed NDA between the parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
Infotech Inc.'s aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event shall Infotech Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or an engagement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
